Radiance is our friendly and knowledgeable Operations Manager & Comprehensive Care Coordinator. She has over 20 years of dental experience and has been with Dr. Frazar since 2016. She graduated from Rio Salado College in 2012, with a degree in Applied Health Sciences. Radiance has a passion for helping people and the dental field has given her the opportunity to do this. Her grandma, a dental hygienist, was her role model, and she feels she grew up in dentistry.

Radiance enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, extended family and friends, traveling, going on adventures, dining out, and doing crafts. Her daughter keeps her very busy!
